3-D & Memorabilia

3D Framing & Memorabilia

We have framed a fascinating and eclectic range of memorabilia over the years. What links them all together is the many stories and memories that support these objects. The reason to frame them is to protect and preserve the objects but as important is to protect, preserve and pass on the story.  The stories can vary from the heroic tales of men and women going to war to the personal sporting achievements of many of our customers.  All these objects are of huge sentimental and emotional value and are treated with the greatest care.

There are many things to consider in framing memorabilia and 3D objects. Technical issues such as attaching objects to a backing without causing damage through to frame layout.  It’s worth taking time to consider what you would like in the frame; you may have a precious war medal belonging to a relative, you can add in other items as well such as dates, details and photographs.  A photograph gives a face to the medals, it begins to tell the story.  If you completed a sporting challenge you can add a map, a photograph (before and after) or other items. Feel free to bring as many items relating to the story to your framing consultation and we can edit them down to what is truly important and visually pleasing.  And sometimes less is more.

A short list of items we have framed

  • War Medals and memorabilia
  • Miniatures
  • Sporting shorts, jackets, hats and clothes
  • Ceramic Poppies
